Heya Peggy,
There seems to be a lot of places to keep in touch with you these days. Pretty dang nice I must say.
Today I got my sweet william seeds started for the Spring planting. They smell wonderful.
Do you garden? I do some gardening for 3 of our neighbors as well.
Our herrons are back for the Spring. They build on their next for about a month before laying their eggs.
There is a huge tree on the island in the middle of the lake where we live.
Well girlfriend it's time to sign off.
Take care and be safe out there.
Jacque

Sad to see the number of classmates that have passed on. In particular, can anyone tell me when Larry Marcy, Tim Schmerber, Steve Staats and Russ Suhre died?

And, on a lighter and more technical note, where is everyone getting their senior photos from to post? They look too good to be scans....

Hats off to Peggy, Dave and whoever else's name was on that postcard that arrived so unexpectedly last month.

You can forget that middle paragraph in Dan's last post. It appeared by magic!

Hi Jacque, I garden a bit but mainly I love the fruit trees I have. My oranges are dropping off the tree right now, apricots will come in July and so will the apples. And Dan, I don't know the dates of the classmates passing, but I know Steve Staats was a long time ago probably in his 20's and I think he fell off of a cliff at Depoe Bay along with his friend....Tim Schmerber was in 05 I think. The yearbook pics were scanned, by me! It took awhile and that can only be done by the admin....by the way don't you love living in Cali?? I do! Looking forward to seeing you guys at the reunion!

Very sad to see so many on the "In Memory" list. I remember Larry Marcy's mom was our cub scouts den leader for quite awhile at Cummings Elementary. The sad part is I knew many of these people from k-12, or half my life (haha). Okay 1/4?

W/O going into a lot of detail,

I know Dean Stanley passed after a traffic accident shortly after we graduated.

Steve Staats died trying to rescue a friend who fell off a cliff on the Oregon coast during the night in 1982. I just couldn't bring myself to go to his funeral. I can only remember him as the fun loving, mischievous friend of 18 yrs. I my mind I still she him with the blond "afro", while we skipped out of church service on my bike or his spitfire to head to DnD.

I don't know any details about Kerry's (Kraft) passing other than he passed before the 10 year, since everyone was very confused that he was at the 10 year, (for some reason most everyone thought I was Kerry, expalining why I won't attend another!).

Many of these deaths are of complete surprise, like Dave Lugland, Elaine Prinslow, Craig Scott, Dany Roland, etc. For those of us who attended k-12 together we know all these names and used to know these people. Are there any plans for a memorial area to provide additional information at the reunion?

Please forgive me and correct any incorrect information I've posted here.

Hi Jory,
I hope you will reconsider attending this reunion! You will get a name tag with your yearbook photo on it so everyone will know who you are! It is sad about the classmates who have passed on. Sandy Jackmond died recently, the day after Christmas, I heard Craig Scott had a heart attack, Danny Rowland was in a single car crash last summer and Tim S was shot. In some instances all I have to go on is an email notice from another classmate. We have tried to verify them but it is hard to find info. I heard from someone that Dave Lugland died in an accident while trying to fix his truck, in Arizona. It would be great to see you again!

Russ Suhre died in a single car accident on his way to a hunting trip in October '85.
