I will more than likely be the only Minnesota Native (foreign Exchange student) that is going to be a Grandparent from graduating class at North High of 1988 (proudly so). I still love the Lost Boys Filmed on the board walk in Santa Cruz. Still LOVE the ocean. Proudly still in love with Kevin Costner movies and him....Take great pride in speaking many langauges and teaching our 4 year old our native Finnish, French, Spainsih, English My best road trip was still cruisning the strip with Amy P and her Chevelle and the coast from LA to Napa along the Big Sur Coast line. Adrianna Loca from Venezula taking our bus trips to Monterey shopping and eating out! Good Times, does not seem so long ago. And all our AFS freinds as well.

Been in finance and buisness since I graduated and owe it all to Les Segals Auto on the main drag in Salinas, I think that is where I gained my love of forgeign autos and finance.

I remember when I transferred it was a huge move from MN to Cali, but it was a terrific school so glad that I did not accidetally pick any of the "others in Salinas" by mistake.
Everyone made me feel so welcome and I loved playing on the Basketball team and never eat outdoors for a cafeteria in northern Minnesota in the winter in my life. I miss the ocean and the warm days. Duluth is exactly like Monterey, only with out Pebble Beach and the ocean, I love the Big Sur coastline.
