Geoff Herrig

I went a few different directions after NSHS, first studying engineering for two years but getting a History degree from Cal Poly Pomona in 1995, then graduate school at the University of Texas. I joined the plumber's union in Austin and have been working in commercial heating and air conditioning for the past eleven years. Julie and I married in 2001 and moved to Colorado for her career the next year.
Some of you may remember my father Eckhard who taught German, English and ESL until 2000. He is doing well. My folks moved to southern California to be closer to family.

The best part of high school was friendships with Jon Hamblen and Eric Brown, as well as many others in the GATE/AP crowd. I'm proud to have been associated with the folks on the Academic Decathlon teams in 88/89 and 89/90. Aside from that, there's still a lot I'm trying to forget or can't yet admit being a part of.
