I began working for Continental Airlines in 1986. I spent several years in management and moved to Houston for my career in 1988 and spent 9 years there. Jim and I married in 1989. We have three great kids together. We were married for 12 years. Scott and I were married in 2003. He has one daughter and I have two boys and a daughter. We don't have any biological kids together. In 2008, I stepped down from my management job at Continental and bought the Curves in Murray. I have enjoyed empowering women who thought they had no hope and had given up on their health and weight loss. Both or my parents are cancer survivors and I have become an advocate for women's health issues. I have recently started the "Wellness Revolution" in my community! I have two great massage therapists and am working on making my facility a women's whole health facility rather then just a workout place. I have recently added to my busy schedule another great fit by working with a company called Ardyss International. They have health products that align perfectly with my business. My husband also works for Continental and we have traveled to many places. Our favorite spot is a little town called Neuffen, Germany. This is where my family came from. Fabulous! We love Europe in general. Of course Cabo is also a favorite spot to catch some warm weather! We plan to go to Maui and London this year. We enjoy watching my son DJ play football for Cottonwood and his daughter Lauren cheer at Stansbury. I spend a good amount of springtime at dance competitions with my youngest daughter Sierra. She loves to dance and play the guitar. My middle son Chance has a mind of his own! He is a lot like his dad. He enjoys playing soccer, fishing with his grandpa and hanging out with friends. He has a wild sense of humor. I am fortunate to have both of my parents still with us. My family is very close and we spend a lot of time together with my parents, my brother and sister and their families. I hooked up with Michelle Nelson ('84) after hight school. Crazy story, we met in Jamaica, and we have been best friends ever since. I only keep in touch with a few friends from high school. It will be fun to see some old friends. I am happy with my life and feel blessed to have a great family, friends and a business I enjoy. Next time you are in Murray, stop by Curves and say hi!
