George Alan Lucas, 46, passed away April 8, 1999.

Born August 1, 1952 in Havre, Montana to Richard A. and Dorothy A. Kostman Lucas. Married Shannon M. King in Copperton, Utah, on July 18, 1980. George was proud of his three boys and loved them very much. Graduated from the University of Utah School of Engineering-Computer Science. He received his finance degree and passed his CPA exam. George worked at Hercules Aerospace Company and for the State of Utah Division of Community And Economic Development. George was an organ donor and thus will continue to live.Survivors: wife, Shannon; children, Alexander, Hamilton, and Christian; father, Richard A. Lucas; mother and stepfather, Dorothy and Glen Purdie; sister, Pamela A. Mollner; brother, Richard (Rick) Lucas.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 13, 1999 at 12 noon in Our Savior's Lutheran Church, 3900 South 2500 East. A Wake Service will be held Monday April 12, 1999 at 7 p.m. in the Goff Mortuary, 8090 So. State where friends may call Monday 6-8 p.m. and at the church on Tuesday from 11-11:45. Interment, Bingham Canyon Cemetery, Copperton, Utah.
