I was just in NYC a month ago! I wish so much I had known you are now living there. I spent a lot of time across the street from Juilliard and often thought of you having been a student there! I would love to have seen some of your choreography or see you dance! We love NYC and will, I'm sure get back there again.
One of the things I remember about you is being very jealous of your feet...so perfectly made for dancing on point, whereas I had an extremely long big toe and an exaggerated slant to my pinkie. Ouch! We had some good times putting the Dance Concerts together.
I was living in Las Vegas when my husband had a stroke. I had to return to full-time teaching. It was going to be Dance or English...I chose Dance! Although I had operated neighborhood dance studios wherever I had lived, it was a stretch for me to go full-time in the public school system. Gratefully, I loved working with the kids and they were very patient with me. It got harder and harder as the dancers on "SYTYCD" got better and better. "Can you teach us how to do that," my students would ask. I was sorry to disappoint. :-(
Here we are in "Three Billy Goats Gruff." What WERE we thinking?

Hi Jon. So fun to see that you were serving a mission in the East. Just missed you. My husband and I were in the NYNY North Mission, serving in the Bronx from 2013 to 2015. Loved it. Because we have lived in the "mission field" most of our married lives, the church and its members have been central to everything we have done...like family. It is strange to be back in the home I grew up in...we are taking care of my 93 year old dad...but I'm so glad I am finally in town for a class reunion. I look forward to seeing you this weekend! Hi John, we spent 11 years in St. Louis! Loved it...except for the humidity! We were in Chesterfield Ward. Highlight of our stay was being so involved in the Temple Open House, Dedication, etc. It was a miracle to be in the temple in 10 minutes instead of having to drive to Washington DC, or even Chicago! I look forward to seeing you this weekend.
