Married my high school sweetheart from Brickey's geometry class and Mr. Nagle's senior English class in December 1971
Graduated from U of U 1972 with B.S. Elementary Education
Lived in New York City, San Antonio, Texas, Augusta, Georgia, Ding Dong, Texas and ended up in Kaysville, Utah raising our four children, a menagerie of pets, and teaching school in Kaysville, Layton, and Syracuse for 26 years.
We retired and began a "new leaf" on life with our HouLau Chocolate Farm in Kauai.
We have 200 cacao trees and produce lovely chocolate with the help of wonderful Hawaiian soil, rain and sun. We now give tours of our farm, cacao trees, and chocolate production. It is so fun to meet people from all over the world who come to Kauai to visit.

Howard invited me to the Christmas dance in 1967. I got sick and threw up on the dance floor. The security guard came over and accused us of drinking. Howard took me home....it was the flu!
