Larry was my "Up Front Guy" in 7th period Seminary. It was our Senior year and I sat in the back row, my favorite seating spot, and Larry sat in front of me. We had Bro. Glasser, Glazzer, Glacier, whatever, as our instructor. He was great but he had a monotone voice. After a few minutes of monotone voicing I was out. Sound asleep. 45 minutes later Larry would wake me and off we would go to wrestling practice. This went on for weeks/months. Larry always took care of me.

I paid my respects to Larry's Wife and family at his funeral and then told Larry "Thank You" for letting me sleep. See you soon, but not too soon.
