Mercy Lynne Johnson (Buttorf)

Mercy was born April 12, 1944.  On that day her life of giving, experiences and adventures began.  Touching many lives, Mercy was a teacher for 33 years and a real estate agent/broker for 10 hear.

Mercy leaves behind her soul mate Roy, their family, Anne, Chris, Jefferson, Misty, Braxton, six grandchildren, her brothers Greg, Vince, and Jerold.

Mercy's adventures included exploring the Aztec, Mayan and Inca ruins through Mexico, Central America and South America, hiking the Inca trail in Peru, sailing down the Amazon, climbing Mt. Kenya and the volcanoes of Mexico.

Mercy's spirituality was recognized at Machu Picchu in Peru, was experienced at Bob Marley's memorial grave site in Jamaica, was enlightened in Thailand and attained in the Buddhist Temples and Palaces of Tibet.

Mercy was definitly a wonderful person and a great teacher.

I remember her as being very bright, kind, and helpfull.

She taught both of my children at Skyline High School. they would go to school sick rather than miss here  class.

What more could I say?
