Ron Swenson was Gary’s and my earliest boyhood friend. We met Ron the summer before beginning kindergarten at Liberty Elementary and remained close throughout our school years at Lincoln and South. Cheers, old friend. I’m grateful that we shared our boyhoods together and regretful that we lost touch as our lives took different paths in later years. It’s not much, I know, but I promise to keep you in my thoughts as our classmates assemble for our 60th class reunion this coming September.
