HOUSTON POLICE OFFICER UNION: Mr Larry Hickman passed away on Monday, May 23, 2016.  He is the father-in-law of Police Officer Oneil A. Chambers, assigned to the Southwest Division. Services were held June 2 with burial in Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio.
