Mrs. Joe (Dana Slaten) Baker, 25, a former San Antonio resident died Sunday in Houston. -
Survivors include her husband, a daughter, a son, her mother, her father and step-mother, a brother and a step-brother.
Dana died from carbon monoxide poisoning from a defective gas heater. She was 6 months pregnant at the time.

It seems I'd known Dana forever. She was sassy and quick with a come back. She was sweet and cute and fun to be around. Sad she is gone.

I remember Dana very well. She was indeed very lively and perky. What a tragedy! At least CO poisoning is not painful...but still so needless!
