OK, here we go!

I have arranged for us to meet and tour Canyon Springs Golf Club as a possible location for our 50th. Canyon Springs did a marvelous event for my wedding last August. 

Brenda Willis, Director of Sales, is our contact person at Canyon Springs. The date I selected to see what Canyon Springs can offer us is Wednesday, August 20. I am trying to confirm 5:30pm, and will update the group as soon as that time is confirmed. Anyone that is interested in helping make this decision is encouraged to attend.

For those willing to commit to helping organize our 50th, I can forward the information that Canyon Springs has already provided to me regarding facility cost, food, beverage, and golf before our grand event.
