I. Project Name: Road to Silver Fund Raising Raffle 

II. Promo Period: May 2019 to February 2020

III. Raffle Date and Venue:

          February 1, 2020 (Grand Alumni Homecoming)

         St. Scholastica’s Academy, City of San Fernando, Pampanga

IV. Mechanics:

1. This raffle is being spearheaded by SSA Batch 95 to be able to raise funds for St. Scholastica’s Academy San Fernando.
2. Ticket selling is open to all starting on May 2019. Tickets cost P500 each and will include the following details:
   • Name of Donor
   • Address
   • Mobile Number
   • Solicitor
3. The solicitor gets a free ticket for every 20 tickets sold.  It is the option of the solicitor if she wants to sell the ticket or use it under her name.

4. Prizes are as follows:

GRAND PRIZE	Honda BRV or 1 Million Pesos Cash (tax free)
CONSOLATION PRIZES	5 winners of P 20,000
	5 winners of P 10,000
	5 winners of P 5,000
SOLICITOR’S PRIZE	P 25,000

5. Ticket distribution will be centralized and controlled by SSA Batch ’95.  Main ticket outlet is at Skewer’s Grill Vista Mall, CSFP. 
6. Only paid and remitted tickets will be honored. Acknowledgment receipts will be issued for sold tickets upon remittance.
7. Raffle draw will be on February 1, 2020* during the Grand Alumni Homecoming.  The draw will be done using a lottery drum (tambiolo).  
8. Winners are entitled to the highest prize only in the event that the winner gets drawn more than once. All winning entries are subject to validation and approval of the Raffle Committee.
