Am I the only one who thinks it a bit ironic that this particular "generation" of OGHS band members would hold any part of their reunion in Morgan Hill?
Well, only because we want to compete in the parade against the L.O. Alum marching band and hopefully kick some butt. Take back the tenths of a point they stole from us.
Oh and the current OGMB is marching in the parade. Cheering them on in Morgan Hill would be fun.
Gosh, I remember Musicbowl 86 like it was yesterday. Just knowing we would come in 1st place, and then hearing that it was Liveoak!!!! Grrrr, I do remember all the boos they got though. Oh well, they know just as much as we do that we should have WON!!!
Thank God I'm not the only one who has these thoughts!!! I have no desire to go through high school again but every time some one says Live Oak I can't help but cringe! We were a tight group and that's what made us great, go OG!
I think that we were one of the tightest groups OG has had but I am a little One sided!!! Cant wait to see everyone in July !!! We are definiotly trying to get out there again this year.. It all depends on which college I have to start paying for next year!!! Did I say COLLEGE???? I never would have thought those words would have come out of my mouth. Oh well.... GO OGMB!!!!!!
Hello!! Is there any place to see who's coming??? I'm probably just missing it. Help! If my husband's available we'll probably come to the Saturday event. The kids'll be in Colorado with my Mom and Mickey.
I will be posting the names of those attending as more tickets are sold. So far: Susan Chumbley Rook and her husband, Lane and me, and Heather Hunt. There's at least 15 other folks that I know of they just haven't purchased tickets yet.
I'm bummed your mom won't be here for it. She's our band mom, especially for the dance line. And there is no way this reunion would be right without you there so get there!
