I am so shocked to see Brian's name on the list of the deceased.  I have tried to research how he passed.  My last memory of Brian was in San Francisco in the mid 1980s.  I ran into him with some friends in San Francisco one evening.  He was full of life and happiness which is the way I want to remember him.  He was positive and complimentary.  I think he was working in the Financial District of San Francisco but I can't recall his position.  My memory is of a tall, thin and very friendly young man who was positive and full of fun and life.  This is the way that I want to remember him.  Bless you, Brian.

Does anyone know what happened to Brian?

Brian died of T-cell lymphoma while working in England for an advertising company.  He died even before our 10 year high school reunion and left behind a wife and two children.  When we were freshmen at San Diego State (in the Tarastec Hall dorm on the same floor), Brian had a life-size cardboard cutout of Steve Martin waving that he placed looking out of his dorm window.  That way, when people drove into the parking lot of the dorm, it looked like Steve Martin was waving at them.  So Brian.    I miss his smile, his infectious laugh, and his spirit.
