Don Lynn Snarr, 76, passed away at home surrounded by family on October 29, 2024. He was born on March 24, 1948, in Sandy, Utah, the son of Raymond and Thora Snarr.
Don’s family meant the world to him! He was blessed with his dear wife Kathy by his side for 57 years since they met and became best friends as teenagers. There are many memories of Don from those trips as he taught how to enjoy the outdoors. He loved being with his family and friends and looked for opportunities whenever possible to enjoy their company. Each of them have many memories of hunting trips and various outdoor excursions.
Don had a successful 37-year career with Kennecott Copper mine as a heavy equipment operator. Following his retirement, he found joy in keeping himself busy working at Herriman High School with the janitorial and grounds staff.
