Dennis was 78 years of age when he passed from Cancer.  He was living in Escalon, CA

His good friend Paul Graves stated that he was a buddy from grades 7 - 12 and the friendship was renewed at our 50th class reunion.

Dennis alswas had an enigmatic grin.   He was one of the most kind and generous people Paul ever knew.
