After high school I went to UNM and got a degree in Elementary Ed. and a minor in Spanish. I thought for sure I'd get a job in ABQ, but instead got a job offer in Southern California. So, I left NM in 1994 and started my life in CA. I have been teaching elementary students for about 15 years. I also met and married an amazing man! Eric and I have been married for nearly 12 years and we have 8 year old twin boys, Alex and Matt. They keep us busy, but it seems like lately, with their growing independence, I have been really doing some things for myself. I am hoping to go to the reunion! I would love to see so many of my old friends and reminisce about old times.
Updated 2018: I now hove two grown sons off to college far from home. We are now empty nesters! My husband and I are so proud of our boys and are excited to see what comes next for them and for us!
