Graduated from UCSB 1995 with a degree in Asian Studies. Married Courtney Guhring in 1996. We had our first son Chase in 1999. We had our second son Grayson in 2001, while I was in my second quarter at Palmer College of Chiropractic. Our daughter Serra was born in 2006.
I received my Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2004. We moved back to Santa Maria where I worked in a chiropractic office till 2006. I opened my own practice in January 2006. I taught Anatomy/Physiology, Kinesiology and Pathology to students at Santa Barbara Business College for five years while I was growing my practice. In 2018 I bought my own office building for my practice as well as incorporating an additional practice into my own from a Doctor who was retiring. I am now located on Main St. near the 101 Freeway.
I still enjoy dancing with my wife when we get the chance. We danced in college for four years. I still enjoy practicing the martial arts. I have practiced: Kendo (which is Japanese Fencing), Judo (which is a Japanese Art like wrestling) and Brazilian Jiujitsu (which is a Japanese transplant to Brazil that is also like wrestling. It has been made popular recently by events like the UFC).
School Story:
Everyone has their highs and lows in high school. But, I have to say that on the whole though, I had an excellent experience at Saint Joseph's. All it takes is to get together with a few friends from high school and the old stories always start flowing. Too many to write about here, but I definitly look forward to seeing as many of my classemates as possible at the reunion. Hope to see you all there.
