We have a precision machine shop and are working with a 4th generation of family to continue the success of the business. We have about 50 employees of which about 1/3 of them are related to us.
We have built a new shop in Liberty Lake, WA and followed it there. We will close the Ventura location early 2022.

I am writing a middle school book series Darcy & Dawn's Impossible Adventures, (big adventures imagined from their ordinary city backyard) The first, The Swedish King's Gold, will be out early 2022 - see in photo above.

In my fun time, I work on our family trees... These last two years I have made contact with family in Ireland, England, and Sweden. We traveled to Ireland and England in 2017. Magical!

Authors! I thought I could write a story, but when I see and understand all that it takes beyond just putting words on a page... inspirational! Now when I go into a library or bookstore, I am surrounded by people from many centuries, who believed enough in their voice to not only research and write but get past the self-doubt and the nay-sayers and get it through the editors, formatters, and 'uninterested' letters and publishers to fruition. I doff my hat to every one. What a great lesson in life, there on every shelf in front of us that if You believe it is worth doing...it is!

They were RIGHT! What a beautiful belief and religion. We are soooo lucky to have been introduced to Catholicism in our younger years, even though it didn't feel like it at the time. It has brought me through terribly rough times. The more I learned as an adult, the more I am so sure in all we were taught. And being His tool and doing what I believe He calls me to do...is bliss! ":I go before you always, come follow me, and I will give you rest."
