IMPORTANT UPDATE 09/03/10

We are sorry to announce that we did not have enough people buying tickets to run this event.  Those of you who have paid on this site will be refunded as soon as possible.  If you paid with a check, we will be destroying the check unless you give us other instructions.

A new event has been planed for Saturday, September 18 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Latitudes in Rohnert Park.  Latitudes is a nice, upscale night club and they are prepared to accommodate up to 200 of us!  There will be a band from 6-8 p.m. and a DJ from 10 to midnight. 

Please RSVP to Robin at  keehn@olypen.com.  We would like to give them an idea of how many people will be coming so they can have enough bartenders on hand that night. 

We are accepting donations to cover the cost of the deposits that we had to put down for both the Glaser Center and the caterer.  If you would like to make a donation, please send a check to Karen Bowman or to Robin Keehn.  Thanks so much.
