They say bull sharks like the one that was found often migrate up fresh water rivers - but I don't know - that was really far from the ocean for natural migration.... I don't remember the play either - but I think y'all performed it in front of the school - or one of your plays anyway, because I remember watching one. Here's one for you Sandy - remember the night in 8th or 9th grade when I spent the night with you and we tried (unsuccessfully I might add) to roll Brandy's yard? Your mom dropped us off and we jumped in the ditch everytime a car drove by?? LOL! I don't think we got the first bit of toilet paper on her tree!!

I know she would not have done that. Ha Ha. I need to send Jenn the picture of You and I on the first day of Elem. school. You were about a foot taller than me. I was holding my Monchichi doll. We thought we were the stuff. Talk Later Sandy M. I think you are the funniest person I have ever known. We have laughed every night reading your responses.

You always had magic markers - one time you had some that were scented. I was so jealous! Because of that, I always make sure my kids have the 96 count crayons and magic markers. But I don't think they appreciate it as much as I would.... LOL! Lana and Bridgett, you probably already know this, but just in case you don't - Lowell Peppers died back in the spring. It was a shock to everyone - had a stroke or heart attack and died suddenly.

Talking about our younger years. Do you remember the reaction of the folks at McDonald's when you ordered a cheeseburger - hold the meat. I still laugh about that one! Their faces- priceless!

I loved those scratch and sniff stickers and erasers. My brother was 6 years older than me. He was at Sardis when I started Carlisle. They sold pencils and school supplies in the office for years. I loved when he would bring me that stuff home. When I opened my children's store I discovered I could paint, a little. LOL I guess those markers help give me a start. Ha Ha Isn't it funny what we all have remembered about each other!

07/31/08 12:25 PM #328     Kerri Hubbard (Cornelius) Lana, He will be a year old very soon. He is just a little spoiled. If he wants it he gets it. I know, I know, I can not do that forever. He is just so sweet!!!! I can't tell him no. Only when I was pregnant did I eat Protein!!! I would go to Red Lobster and eat Flounder and I would force myself to eat Turkey. I know everyone thought I was crazy!!! Actually they still do! Ha Ha I am going to make sure Judd loves steaks and hamburgers. I don't think I will have anything to worry about it. He eats like a little pig.

I need to find the picture my mom has of our graduation b/c I think Susan B, Harmie, Colleen and some others went there also. I could be wrong on all the names. Mom didn't put the names on the back of the picture. That's why I write names on the backs of my kids' pictures. Especially the ones with their friends.

Unfortunately my daughter, whose only 4, LOVES to get into my make up bag. She likes the eyeshadow but I think her favorite is lip gloss and lipstick. This morning when I was getting ready for school, she came in and said she had to put on her make up for school. She put on like 3 or 4 different shades of lipstick. Do you remember how our mom's would braid our hair all kids of funky ways b/c we had long hair and they could?
