In Memory

Sean Gentle

Sean GentleSean passed away at age 36 (8-25-2005) due to complications from Diabetes. He lived in Smyrna, GA and is survived by three daughters (who he would be so proud of today), his mother, three sisters and many friends and family members.

Sean was such a free spirit. Anyone who knew him would know what I mean. Such a kind hearted, fun-loving guy. He was my brother and my "Ace". When we were young I wanted to do everything he did. I thought he was the "coolest" brother. God called him home on August 25, 2005. I will never forget. It was like a part of me left. Sean fell ill to complications with Diabetes. He went through many changes during this time, but I will never forget how strong he was through it all. He would always say "Rob" it's going to be okay. I really miss him calling me "Rob". Although his Journey has ended here, he did manage to leave something for his family "The Power of Strength". I always think about him when I'm going through things in my life and I'm instantly reminded of the great strength he endured through his own trial. I end this by saying Sean was my "Rock", he was the only boy in our family and I wondered why God chose him, but then I knew he was the strongest one of us and understood God needed his Angel back. This is why I can be at "Peace" today knowing I won't have him in my day to day life. Thank you for taking time to read this. His memory will live on forever..... God Bless, Robin

I remember Sean so well like it was yesterday. We were in a pottery class together along with Stacy Dingle. I can't remember the teacher's name but Sean gave that woman a run for her money. Everything Sean said out of his mouth was soooo funny. He kept us laughing everyday in class and in the halls. Sean was just crazy. I will never forget Sean Gentle this is why when I saw this I had to respond. God bless you and your family Robin and take care.

Robin,

I was not aware of Sean's passing. I remember him as being a very quiet and sweet person. Thanks for letting us know about his demise.

MY HEART GOES OUT TO YOU ROBIN AND YOUR ENTIRE FAMILY. I HAVE NO IDEA THAT SEAN WENT TO BE WITH THE LORD. I REMEMBER HIM BEING SO QUIET, BUT HAD A BIG SMILED EVERYTIME I SAW HIM. HE HAD A VERY CALM AND PLEASANT SPIRIT. I KNOW THAT GOD WILL CONTINUE TO PROVIDE THAT PEACE THAT SURPASSES ALL UNDERSTANDING.
GOD BLESS,
URSULA HARRIS-PINKNEY

My condolence goes out to you Robin and your family. I'm definitely shocked right now becasue all I can think about is laughing hysterically with Sean and Valarie Jones. We all use to let loose with each other.
He will be missed.
