Comments:

After graduation, I went to Memphis State Univerity. In 1992 I graduated with a degree in journalism and in 1994 an MA in Political Science. This means I know how to lie AND cheat.

I moved to Virginia after college to work as a civilian for the Department of Army and, after about 18 months of that, I moved to Maryland to work for the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

The timing of this invitation is funny as this is my last week of Federal service (4/25 is my last day). I am leaving agriculture to work in public relations at the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway out of Ft. Worth, Texas.

So, I am moving again.

I married Kym in 2000. We met doing volunteer work with a group that plays sports with mentally and physically challenged children.

We have two boys, Jack (5) and Tommy (2), both of whom are already growing up to be real smartasses just like their old man.

School Story:

I only attended Windsor Forest my senior year but I must admit it was the best of all of my high school years.

There are many stories I still tell to this day from Windsor. Such as stealing the painted shields from the cafeteria with Thomas Cool (we got caught by Mr. Burke who said, "Why you two little theives." And then let us go. Sweet. Those shields sat in my parent's garage for years.) Another time, I was eating lunch with Stacey and showered her and her black sweater with mayonnaise. I was jokingly flicking the pack at her when it exploded. It was not on purpose but everyone froze and I thought I was a deadman. After a moment of silence she burst out laughing. I was saved.
