Spent 3 Great years in this man's Army Graduated from University of North Carolina (GO HEELS!) Been Married, then divorced. Still running (Thanks Coach Shoop!) Planning on my first Ironman Triathlon next year. Currently working as Fitness & Aquatics Director in Rocky Mount, VA Planning to open up my own Triathlon Store in the near future.
