Carol and I retired in 2007, bought an RV and we travel around the country, visiting National Parks and Monuments. We sold our home in Austin, Texas, in 2011 and became full time RV'ers.
The summer of 2012 was spent workamping at an RV park in Gold Beach, Oregon, on the Pacific coastline. Fishing for salmon was a great pastime there along with dungeness crabbing, blueberry picking, exploring lighthouses, and visiting Crater Lake National Park which is bluer than blue.
We spent the winter of 2012 as park hosts at a Corps of Engineer Park, Lake Georgetown, near Austin, Texas.
The summer of 2013 was spent at the Campstore at The Vineyards RV Park in Grapevine, Texas, in the Dallas/Ft Worth area.
The summer of 2014 was spent in the San Juan Mountains of Colorado as campground park hosts working for the U.S. Forestry Service.
Currently we're park hosting the Corps of Engineers at Lake Georgetown near Austin, Texas.

Attended Indiana University for Russian language training for the USAF and served in Turkey.
