I have been teaching at the H.B.G.S. since graduating college. I now teach girls p.e. at the grade school. I love being married to my best "friend". (had to make that silly pun)

I was going through some old stuff and pictures and found some from U.S. History Class. Mrs. Nelson had us in groups to "tell or act" out parts of the Civil War. Mary, Sara G., Rachel A., and I were together and put on a performance! I still remember doing the "pickett line" for Pickett's Charge. At the end of our fighting we changed and Mary was lying on the floor as a dead soldier in a grave and the rest of us in black crying over her. Then we had the class throw roses at the end of our performance!
