10+ Years in the Navy (AO1) Received my training in Jacksonville Fl, Went to Beeville, TX training new pilots how to shoot their guns and fire their rockets. Transfered to Subic Bay in the Philippines where I began working for NIS and being sent as a team member on operations into Thailand, Viet Nam and a few other places. Next I was stationed at a training facility in Tennessee where I instructed senoir military personnel in the proper use of newly and soon to be released classified weapons. Got tired of the nonsense and left the worlds fastest canoe club.
20+ Years as a computer professional developing software for a multitude of companies in 5 different programming languages. Started traveling the world installing computer systems for City, government and private owned Utility companies.
After having been on the road for most of my marrage when I came home to stay, that's when we discovered we couldn't live with each other - Divorced & wiped out (and I mean wiped out)
Started my own business as a woodworker with what I could scrape together, building Bars, Churches, Sail Boats and a lot of Custom Cabinets for both residential and commercial.
Met Gayle and found my soul mate and we actually like each others company. She makes and sells croched swimwear.
Of all of the good teachers we had and we did have some. Mr. Lynch was my favorate. I spent a lot of time visiting the office and Mr. Lynch was a very understanding man. I don't remember her name but she taught American History and was also a great lady. I look back and wished that I had taken school a lot more searious. But at the time I really didn't think I would live to see 21. Life was pretty fast at that time especially in my old 59 Chevy.
