Todd Allen Berry, age 57, of Osceola, passed away May 15, 2018 at Bryan LGH East in Lincoln.

Memorial services will be held Monday, May 21, 2018 at 10 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in Osceola with Pastor Teri Lucas officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, May 20 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the church. Inurnment will be in the Osceola Cemetery with Military Rites by the Osceola Legion Post #91. Dubas Funeral Home of Osceola and Stromsburg have been entrusted with arrangements.

Todd was born Sept. 17, 1960 to James and Carrol (Hahn) Berry in Jamestown, N.D. The family moved to Schuyler and Todd attended school in Schuyler graduating in 1978. He then joined the United States Marine Corp Sept. 22, 1978 and served until Aug. 10, 1982.

On June 15, 1985 he was united in marriage to Debra D. Ben in Jamestown, N.D. To this union two children were born.

Todd then reenlisted in the Marines serving from Aug. 26, 1986 to Sept. 20, 1988 and was stationed at Camp LeJuene, N.C. He served in Lebanon and Granada during his 11 years of service. After being discharged they moved to Jamestown where Todd worked at Lucas Aerospace. The family then moved to Osceola in 1995 to work for Bell Farms. He later was employed at MCP in Columbus and was currently employed at Hamilton Sundstrand in York.

He was a member of the Osceola Legion Post #91, Evangelical Covenant Church in Stromsburg, and was a former member of the United Methodist Church in Osceola.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, Nebraska football, North Dakota State football, SciFi movies and being with his family and friends.

Survivors include of his wife, Debra of Osceola; daughter, Michelle (Jimmy) Hopkins of Hastings; son, Jonathan (Amanda) Berry of Lincoln; one granddaughter, Hannah Hopkins of Hastings; father, James Berry of Goehner; one brother, James (Shannon) Berry of Waverly; one sister, Jana (Bill) Mangers of Lincoln; nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Carrol; one nephew, Joshua Mangers and grandparents, Louise and James Berry and Nedra and Carl Hahn.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family to be designated later.
