

MEMORY (HARDIN) TROUDT OBITUARY
March 16, 1947 – February 11, 2023
Memory Ellen Hardin Troudt, 75, passed away on February 11, 2023, from multiple health complications while residing at the Life Care Center of Greeley, Colorado. A Celebration of Life will be held in her honor on her birthday, Thursday, March 16 from 5-7pm at Trinity Lutheran Church, 3000 35th Avenue, Greeley, CO.
Memory was born to Max and Emily Hardin on March 16th, 1947, in Scottsbluff, NE. She attended Haig School and, as the youngest of four children. She attended and graduated from Scottsbluff High School in 1965, and attended the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, where she met her first husband, Jerry Peters. They married in 1967, had two children, Tyffani and Chad. She moved to Denver, and eventually to Santa Rosa, CA, and worked in real estate and for the County of Sonoma, then returned to Greeley in 2005 and served as a Customer Service Representative for USAA for several years before retiring.
Memory is survived by a daughter, Tyffani (Dave) Sedgwick; a son, Chad (Sandy Stout) Peters; a sister, Loretta Reitz; grandchildren, Daniel (Myranda Whitesides) Peters and Joscelyn Peters; and her beloved Yorkshire terrier, Penne. She was preceded in death by her parents, Max and Emily Hardin; brother, Don Hardin; sister, Joyce Piffner; Walter Shergin (husband); and Roger Troudt (husband).
