CAROL KLEIN MYERS
A Celebration of Life will be held at First Presbyterian Church in Scottsbluff on Wednesday June 29, 2016, at 7 p.m. with a graveside service at Fairview Cemetery Thursday June 30 at 10 a.m.
Carol Myers, 68, of Denton Texas, passed away peacefully in her sleep on November 13, 2015. She was born on February 23, 1947 in Scottsbluff to LeRoy and Lillian Klein, and attended Victory Hill School. She graduated from Scottsbluff High School with the class of 1965.
She married Wes Lucke in 1966. They had 3 daughters: Christina, Suzanne, and Teresa. The family moved to Texas in 1981 settling in Carrollton, then later moving to Denton to be closer to the grandkids.
Carol married her high school sweetheart, Rory Myers in 2011 and continued to reside in Denton, TX.
Carol is survived by her daughter Christina Lucke-Kloss (Richard) of Corinth, TX, husband Rory Myers of Denton, Siblings: Gary (Selma) Klein of Rawlins, WY, Pam (Casey) Essert of Torrington, WY, and Tam (Duane) Doss of Brighton, CO, Grandchildren: Paxton and Siany Kloss of Corinth, TX, Mason Forshage of Denton, TX, Hayden, Reid, and Garrett Myers of Anthem, AZ, and Aubrey and Korina Rivera of Glendale, AZ.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents, two daughters, and a brother.
