Craig Stoneking of Lakewood, CO died on Monday, July 7, 1997.  He was 50 years old.

He was born December 12, 1946, in Scottsbluff, NE and married Valerie Tampa on February 16, 1974 in Denver, CO.  He attended Scottsbluff Junior College and the University of Northern Colorado, graduating with a bachelor's degree in 1973, and a Master's Degree in 1977.  For 23 years he was a Special-Education teacher with the Denver Public Schools.  His hobbies included bicycling, photography, baseball, gardening, and reading.

Craig is survived by his wife, two sons - Mason and Grant, his parents, C. L. and Jeanetta of Scottsbluff, NE and two sisters - Karen Darnall and Diane Nelson, also of Scottsbluff.
