I graduated from the U of A with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Bachelor in Science in Business Administration. I received my Master of International Management at Thunderbird/AGSIM. I moved to Texas in 1987 to pursue my advertising career working for three different agencies including GSD&M in Austin, TX. I managed customers such as Coors Brewing Company, Gatorade, Quaker Oats (Cap 'n Crunch Cereal, Rice-A-Roni), Brinker International, Frito-Lay and Texas Department of Commerce Tourism Division.
In 1996 I was recruited by the Coca-Cola Company and moved back to Dallas, TX. In 1999 I was recruited to manage the Circle K convenience retail business based in Tempe, AZ. I am still with Coca-Cola now managing the dispensed beverage business for national convenience retail customers located coast to coast - ampm, Chevron, Valero, QuikTrip, etc. I travel about two weeks out of every month.
I am involved with the community. I am currently an Arizona Humane Society Board member and just chaired their annual fund raiser netting over $400,000 in profits. Craig Doyle and I serve on the board together.
I am a member and board member of Desert Foundation Auxiliary which presents debutantes to the community with the proceeds benefitting non-profit organizations.
My husband and I are active members of Western Arts Associates, a Phoenix Art Museum group that promotes Western art. We chaired the Ruby Boot Bash last year.
In 2002 I was an Olympic Torch Bearer...my five seconds of fame.
We rebuilt our cabin in White Mountain Country Club about three years ago and my neighbors include Bill Madden and Bill Sawyer.
