After graduating, I attended HCJC (Now TVCC) for 1 year. I then tranferred to Texas A&M in College Station and acquired my BS in Education. After graduating in December 1988, I began teaching 4th grade in Crandall. In June of that year, Phillip and I got married. We moved to Scurry, I taught there for several years, had two boys, sent them to private school, then began teaching in Kaufman in 1999. I've been there since then, and my children have been Kaufman Lions beginning in elementary school. Taylor is about to graduate and go to TAMU. Tanner is a Freshman. We are big basketball fans and both boys play for Kaufman. (Check out Taylor's stats on HS gametime) Phillip and I just celebrated our 20th Wedding Anniversary in June, and still live in Scurry. Look forward to seeing everyone!
