Comments:
After graduation in 1956 from SCHS, I married Don Miller from Glen Cove in 1957, sons born in 1959 and 1960. Lived in Glenwood Landing, and helped run Glenwood Marine & Tackle in brick building we built next to the post office. Moved lock, stock and barrel to the Fabulous Florida Keys in 1972 at husband's insistance. He and the boys loved to fish, but not me. Don died suddenly in 1986, and as I had a job I loved, I stayed in the Keys in our home. Two sons were still nearby. I now have one 9 year old grandchild that I dote on. I worked at the local bank from 1980 to retirement in 2005. Now I do bookkeeping for my son's business, do some volunteer work, some baby-sitting, and enjoy my friends. Belong to two water-related fun social groups, and a fishing club, which is more boating and eating and drinking than fishing. Happy with my life, and it is patch-patch-patch as far as my health goes.
