I attended WWU, and then married Bob in 1962. He was in the Coast Guard; we lived many places, Alaska, New York, California, Hawaii, and then returned here. We have been married for 47 years, as of last April. I am a retired insurance broker specializing in professional liability, D&O, etc. My husband and I had 3 daughters and loved traveling with them. We are currently active with the American Legion and American Legion Auxiliary where I served as state president, and am now participating on a national level with Girls State and Legislative. We go down to Ft. Lewis and work with the Wounded Warrior Battalion and the children at Madigan Hospital. Love being a grandmother and watching my 4 grandchildren become wonderful young adults; one in college, one ready to go into the Coast Guard, 2 more to graduate. We love to keep busy and go on cruises. My hobbies include reading, hand crafts and scrapbooking.
