ANNOUNCEMENTS
I’m excited knowing our 40th Class Reunion is just a few months away. We are using PayPal as the payment platform this year due to the smaller fee they charge. In the past we used a platform that ended up costing us more. I’m going to be honest, finding a payment platform that won’t charge a fee for credit card payments is impossible. Since we are a 501c3 Non-Profit, we have to use a business platform.
That being said, if anyone would like to purchase their Class Reunion Tickets through Facebook Messenger, I would be the one you could direct your funds to.
I looked at my Messenger to see how I’ve used it in the past, and you can set up a credit card, debit card or checking account as a source of payment. Now if a credit card is treated as a cash advance or a purchase, I have no idea. But it does show the identification of the sender, and it gives us the necessary paper trail we need to notate the confirmation.
Tickets are $75.00 each for the reunion and if you want to donate to our fundraiser, just let us know how much is being sent for that. As soon as I receive photos of the weight room we are raising funds for, I’ll get those posted.
