Worked on the numbers, here is what I have so far..................
August 9th and 10th will be the dates. Friday night casual meet and greet at The Watering Hole. Saturday night Prom 20 years later at the Chateau Elan. Friday night will be on your own, but will check in for name tags. Saturday will be at cocktail hour with hors d' oeuvres and cash bar from 6-7pm. then dinner and awards starting at 7 and the party goes till 11 pm followed by dancing with the Shannon Reed band, mingling, and a poker table.
Dinner will be buffet style consisting of: chicken marsala, London broil, tossed salad, caeser salad, vegetable medley, oven roasted potatoes, and rolls. There will also be a iced tea and lemonade station and of course coffee and dessert. Ticket prices based on 50 people attending will be $65.00 a person to cover costs. If we have 100 in attendance the price will go down to $50 and I can refund anyone that has already paid. I will be going to the bank this week to set up a class account to use to connect to paypal on the class website so payments can be made that way or you can send checks directly to me with class reunion on the memo line. The Chateau is offering our group a special rate for rooms at $59.00 as long as they are booked two weeks in advance. We have babysitters that have volunteered to watch out of town classmates kids that would like to attend and do not have family here. Message me if you need these services.
