Lorena Rivera

After high school I attended St. Philips community college for two years. Honestly, as much as I wanted to pursue a degree, I just felt lost while I was attending college. After my two years I ended up getting a job at Continental in Seguin, and I’ve been there for about eight years now.

I changed a lot since high school. I Grew out of my shell and embraced my weirdo self. It’s so great and liberating to be myself and be happy with who I am. I am bisexual, a feminist, and can be very outspoken when need be. I love expressing myself through my makeup, my clothing, hair color, anything!

There wasn’t anything too special for high school for me. I was super shy back then and I regret missing a lot of opportunities because of my insecurities. But it wasn’t all that terrible for me. I still got along with most people despite my social anxiety.
