Tricia Roper Hudson

After SHS graduation I attended Furman University and earned a BA in Business Administration and a SC Teaching Certificate in Business Education. I taught for two years in Greenville County while completing my MEd in Secondary Guidance. Mike and I married in 1985 and moved to LaGrange, Georgia. I continued to teach until 1989 when Blake, Ashley, and Stephen made their debut. Life has not been the same since. God has richly blessed us with 4 children who have taught us so much. We have truly enjoyed the exciting and sometimes exhausting journey that parenting multiples can bring. Tyler (our 8 year old) has been a constant source of laughter and a true reality check when going through driver's license, prom dates, college applications, etc. times 3. Blake, Ashley, and Stephen are sophomores at Furman and doing great. Mike, Tyler, and I have relocated with Johnson Controls to Tampa, Florida. After one cold winter in Iowa, I was ready to trade my snow boots for flip flops!!
