I dated my husband 14 years before we got married. We got married in 1996 at a car show in Tennesse.
My husband and I have 4 Classic cars-we have a 1932 Ford, 1955 Chevrolet, 1964 Chevrolet Imala and a 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle and are working on a 1967 Chevy Nova. We go to several car shows during the year and lots of Cruise Ins. We love drag racing. My Brother inlaw has a mustang that he races and we are the pit crew. I quilt not as often as I did, the urge comes and goes. I taught myself from watching my greatgrandmother. I also collect mice (rat) figurines. I have 2 curio cabinets full and need another. I collect all kinds but my favorite are Charming Tails by Dean Griff.
We have a very special little boy in our lives, my 1st cousins son is like our grandchild and we spoil him good.

Seneca was a great high school. I enjoyed everyone. My favorite school story that I remember the most is in Mrs. Lees Home Economics class I always got caught chewing gum. One day I was determined not to get caught with my gum. Well that day she chose me to be her model for taking measurements. So when she put the measuring tape around me she accidentally tickled me and my gum fell right out in the floor in front of her. She laughed so hard she did not punish me that day.
