Amy Cantrell Bowers

Graduated from Central Wesleyan College (now Southern Wesleyan University) in 1989 with a BA in Psychology. Worked with Anderson County DSS for 14 years and Baptist Easley Hospital for 8 years. Currently not working and looking for a new job. Time off is great for a while, but now I'm going stir crazy! My life right now revolves around my hubby and our precious dogs, Ellie and Abbie! Over all, I can't complain (but I do, lol). Life is good!

One of my favorite memories is playing Powderpuff football.  Our class won our Junior and Senior years.  I played defense and got irritated when one of the players on the opposite team ran down the sidline with one had over her flag.  I think I knocked her out of bounds.  I can't remember her name right now but I'm sure it will come to me. I also have fond memories of some of our teachers.  Mrs. Blanton was probably my favorite.  She was a great teacher and sweet lady.  I loved it when she got on her "soapbox".
