After finishing my 30 year Army career, we elected to stay in the DC area because of the quality of schools. Oldest son (Sean) graduated in 2015 and just finished his Freshmen year at George Mason -- studying global affairs. Youngest son (Michael) is Sophomore at W.T. Woodson High School. Heavily involved in the crew program. We finally bought a house (cost was astronomical but tired of paying other peoples mortgage) so will be here for awhile. I'll search for a then photo and update my current one. Al I can say is I have a lot of forehead :-)

Funniest Story ever—not sure it was real funny and probably isn’t politically correct to say it these days but we had a photo in the yearbook of Kevin Turner and Gary Cromartie and Me posing. I was in the middle and we called it the Oreo Sandwich –again not politically correct. Not sure if you all remember but we had a situation where the basketball coaches did not go with us for the tournament in 79. We had a volunteer then his dad died while we were in Okinawa so we had an old assistant coach who was in Japan coaching us. It's kind of amazing we won any games with that sort of turmoil.
