Since 1979 I have attended the University of Maine at Orono where I received a BA in Art. I was a spring board diver on the varsity swimming team. Then I went to Point Park College where I got a degree in dance. After graduation at Point Park I stayed in Pittsburgh where I worked and danced in a Company called the Exstention Dance Co. I then joined a dance company in West Virginia where I danced and Choreographed for many years we traveled all around the world performing and teaching. I also ran my own dance school in Hinton WV. I moved to Phila. I worked at the Phila. Zoo as an educator/performer/writer for 4 years then 1 year At the Dinosaur Museum (Academy of natural Sciences) as the Manager of Outreach education You know the guy who brings live snakes and opossums and Owls and alligators to the school and shows to the students. Also During this time I was teaching competition dance at schools in the area. I performed in A play at the Besty Ross House in Phila as well as being in many dance and theater productions in the city from time to time. I worked at a jewlery store for a friend. I became a personal trainer/ aerobic instructor for a while as I began to work at a Vintage Clothing Store where I got interested in Theatrical Costume Design. I decided to try to go back to school and was accepted by temple Unniversity. I got an MFA In Costume Design at Temple University. I worked at Muhlenberg College in the Theater Dept for a short while. Now I am the Director of Dance Costume for the University of the Arts in Philadelphia where I also teach design. I also design costumes for theaters in Philadelphia as well as Ursinus College and Burlington County Community College in NJ as well as others. I vollunteer as Bingo Verifying Diva for the Philadelphia Aids Fund Gay Bingo. I Bowl. And In my Free time.....What Free Time?
