I lived in Des Moines, Iowa from 1981 until 1991. While in Des Moines, I finished my degree in Exercise Science at Drake University. I moved back to Kansas City area to take my current position as a wellness director. I love the outdoors and my favorite activies are backpacking, hiking and bicycling.

School Story:
