Travis Bowe

Travis L. Bowe, 18, of Sheboygan Falls, died unexpectedly on June 25, 1998, as a result of an accidental drowning in Sheboygan Falls.

Travis was born March 14, 1980 in Sheboygan, a son of Ronald and Sandra Sargent Bowe. He attended Sheboygan Falls High School. Travis was currently serving with the Wisconisn Army National Guard in Plymouth, in Battery B, First Batallion, 121st Field Artillery Unit.

He is a member of Salem United Church of Christ in Plymouth. Travis was an avid fisherman and made two trips to Canada to fish with the Sheboygan Falls High School. He also enjoyed snowmobiling, drawing and playing both baseball and basketball.

Survivors include his parents, Ronald and Sandra; one brother, Tyler, at home; his paternal grandparents, Louis and Lois Bowe, Waldo; his maternal grandparents, Earl and Gladys Sargent, Sheboygan; Two aunts, Kathy Renner, Derby, Kan. and Lorie (Robert) Zelle, Sheboygan Falls; two uncles, Larry (Jeanne) Sargent, of California and Jeffrey (Terry) Sargent, Sheboygan; several cousins and friends.

Funeral services were held at the Wittkopp Funeral Home in Plymouth. He was buried in Sunrise Memorial Gardens, Sheboygan. Wisconsin Army National Guard Battery B conducted military graveside services.
