Golf Outing details (finally)...Black heath Golf Course on Friday July 31. Cost is 35 dollars per golfer for 18 holes of golf. it will be a four person scramble with no limitations on shots for each person. They sell beverages at the course. I have it booked for 48 golfers (12 foursomes) but we can add or subtract. We have the option of teeing off at 8am or high noon. I was thinking high noon since we can than go to Royal Park for the after hours party right after golf. We will meet there have some pops and stay there or go to downtown Rochester bars. Some people have rooms at Royal Park Friday so it will be walking distance to downtown if we go there. Thanks- Joe

Tracy- Joe Hood is working on the discount. He is staying thu, fri and sat at $179 a night. Not sure if that is a deal or the regular price but I know he has been talking to them to see if we can get a discount.

Danielle Johnson (McCall ) Glad to hear that Joe Hood is working with the Royal Park to get a discount. I tried a few months ago and they told me they had another group already that night. I was hoping as we got closer that they might be willing to work with us. Joe - let us know if you get a discount so we can post it on the website.

best options. thurs. pre-golf drinkers and out-of-town people. royal park 159 a night plus tax. no problem with availability.
friday. golf outing day. only 13 rooms left at royal park same price. sat is booked. other options suck. spartan motel-home of the portable air unit. concord hotel very average place and a 15-20 ride. hilton suites and hyatt place both in auburn hills. better rooms but still 20min + ride. royal park will let us know if any of the reserved rooms will be available to us for the reunion by the end of next week.

I just booked a room for Friday night and Saturday night at Royal Park for $218 each night. There might be one room left for Saturday night. It is the only hotel in walking distance from the reunion. JY

Word on the street it that Tex, Andrea Barrer and Tracy Murphy will all be in town!
