Vicki Ausbrooks (Shaw) (1988)

LOL! There will definitely be pictures posted and video. Bridgett and I will have to stage a cat fight for your viewing pleasure! : )

My problem is that I have no idea what to wear. But I can pretty much guarantee you it won't involve a turtleneck.

12/02/08 01:38 PM #451

Bridget Sterrett (Felstead) (1988)

You know Vicki, I am having a hard time trying to figure out what to wear also!!! To bad we don't live close enough to shop together!! Any suggestion from you guys????? NO TURTLENECKS!!!!

12/02/08 01:44 PM #452

Justin James (1986)

well let me help, skin tight cat suit like Halle Berry wore or maybe a little black evening dress with nice pearls to accent and through in a shaw with 1 1/2 hills! side pony tail? with bright red strawberry shortcake lipstick? Oh and dont for get that hubby has to dressed to the nines also or it will all look out of place!

Becky Millard (Pruitt) (1987)

Can't wait to see the pics!!! We should get on that multi-class thing.......maybe an informal thing over the summer - - let's talk soon!!

Wear whatever makes you feel fabulous and remember that those pics will be passed around to 400 of your closest friends.. :) (I couldn't survive without turtlenecks - but then again, I do have snow on the ground.....)

Running out the door as usual - just thought I would pop in and say hello!

Justin James (1986)

hey if i was there i would take you shopping on me as long as i got the final say so on what you wore, and believe me they would still be talking about it at your 40th reunion! LOL : ) : ) : )

Janet Hill (Fleming) (1987)

Hey Bridget...I remember Melinda and you having disagreements over boyfriends but I don't remember having any with you. I guess I may have forgotten. I am getting really old. Of course there aren't any hard feelings! And about the choice of outfits for your reunion, at ours I just wore jeans, boots, and a sexy shirt (not overly sexy)!

12/02/08 01:57 PM #456

Bridget Sterrett (Felstead) (1988)

So you would take me and Vicki shopping!!!!!!! How sweet of you!!!!!

12/02/08 02:00 PM #457

Vicki Ausbrooks (Shaw) (1988)

That's what I'm thinking. We'll have coats to keep us warm outside, but inside I'd prefer to not be all covered up head-to-toe.

Becky, where would we have a multi-class reunion? I agree it should be informal and definitely in the SUMMER. Any suggestions on where?

12/02/08 02:00 PM #458

Bridget Sterrett (Felstead) (1988)

Janet,
I don't think me and you really had words, it was more with Melinda. I laugh thinking back at it!!!! I was thinking of jeans for Friday night and more dressy for Saturday. Still undecided. Thanks Janet!!

Help me here im a little fashion dumb but what is a sexy shirt but not too sexy? LOL Im sure what ever you decide to wear it will be with style and grace so dont sweat the small stuff! I would just go with KISS!

12/02/08 02:31 PM #461

Bridget Sterrett (Felstead) (1988)

Can I tell them you sent us there?????

12/02/08 02:54 PM #462

Janet Hill (Fleming) (1987)

Sexy, but not too sexy means the blouse dipped a little low in the front but was not see-through or anything! And of course nothing came flyin out whilst I was dancin to the hip-hop music!

12/02/08 02:59 PM #463

Justin James (1986)

Janet, thats what i had pictured but i was not sure! you know every one has there on opinion of what sexy is! LOL and I have asked this before and really would like to know where does the women find time to learn how to dance to the new music out there???? I have been told its all natural! i call BS i think that is a cop out! :)

12/02/08 03:02 PM #464

Justin James (1986)

David, never been to cupids or even heard of it! is it like Victoria's secret? do they have viewing rooms?

12/02/08 03:04 PM #465

Bridget Sterrett (Felstead) (1988)

Justin,
You know you either where born with the moves or not!!!! You just have to keep up with these teens this day and time. My 13 yr. old son is not much of a dancer but my 8 yr old daughter can dance!!!!! We are not to old to show how we get our groove on!!!!!!

12/02/08 03:17 PM #466

Justin James (1986)

now now im just saying that I think maybe people spend a little more time moving and shakin than they notice because practice makes perfect. like dancin when there cooking because they have a song stuck in there head or maybe when there riding in there car etc etc. thats all im saying! I think it takes a little bit of practice to knock the rust off! :)

12/02/08 03:21 PM #467

Janet Hill (Fleming) (1987)

I agree with Bridget. You either have it or you don't. I was on the dance team in school like Vicki and all the rest of them. It does help to have teenagers though. My oldest was on the dance team and my 14 year old is on the Freshman team. They keep me young and teach me all the new stuff!

12/02/08 03:22 PM #468

Bridget Sterrett (Felstead) (1988)

You can't let it get rusty....... keep moving all the time!!!! We like to dance in my house.

12/02/08 03:28 PM #469

Justin James (1986)

now i see its the youth of today teaching the older generation! now that i believe!!!!!!!!!!! Did we teach our parents stuff like that??? from the way dancin has progressed since we were teenagers im scared to see what they will be doing in another 20 years! LOL

12/02/08 03:29 PM #470

Vicki Ausbrooks (Shaw) (1988)

My bootie shakes incessantly if there's music on! : ) That's right, we just don't let it get rusty!

12/02/08 03:30 PM #471

Vicki Ausbrooks (Shaw) (1988)

Can I say bootie? LOL!
