Melody Gartman (Lucas) (1989)

She lives in TN outside of Memphis. She lost her oldest son 2 years ago. I can not imagine losing Elizabeth. We may have our enemy's but I would never want anyone to lose a child! Very sad to me! She has 2 daughters and recently divorced.
Pam might be able to give us more information on her status. Melinda Hill Choate married to Jimmy Choate, is her cousin.
She did live South of wally world. We had lots of sleepovers at her house. Her parents were way cool! They had a telephone right next to the Potty. We had good times with Katie!

I had trouble deciphering that last one. Sounded like some cousins married. I think I got it now though. haha. I got to get on my laptop at home to see all this stuff Kasey...er...Richard is putting up.

Jamie - Yeah, I forgot about Katie Chergosky. She wasn't hard to look at.

Hey Stacy, did you make it?

Richard - try to get a sound click like Jason lee has on "the other" site and put some decent 80's music on here. (and of course the lunchroom favorites) It can be our own little jukebox.

Robert Welch (1989) Man. I lost 4 pounds in one morning. I got my first haircut in 3 years. I am no longer Grizzly Adams. Hopefully, all that hair will make a wig for some cancer patient. If not, maybe they can use it to make a muppet.

You're right about Katie Chergosky, Dave. I came back here from Oregon during the summer before freshman year and saw her for the first time that summer. At that time she looked kinda plain Jane-ish, but when I moved back for good in January of freshman year she had undergone a transformation and she was almost unrecognizable. Very hot.

Same thing with Tammy Walker. (BTW, she's another that should be on our list of classmates that didn't graduate with us but are welcome to this site and the reunion.) But when I left in early 8th grade she was pretty but a bit pudgy. When I came back for the summer a year later, I saw her at the ballpark and she had lost weight and was tan and smokin' hot.

Oh, one more thing. I got Gaddis's number. Hopefully we'll soon have the return of the prodigal son.

Again Freedom of Speech is a wonderful thing and some people may find me offensive, as Lana does..but I love our country and I am married to the government and I will express my right to Freedom of Speech.

Just to let you know Lana Erb sent me a response to why she DELeted me and Richard as friends on facebook.....Her response was She found Richard and I OFFENSIVE...however Richard is still her friend...High School Drama...I know ahead of time not everyone agrees to my speach, including my very proper well spoken for husband...I am not kidding when I say that....I will apologize now for those of you I have offended including Lana.....

Mel, I find that people are often looking for a reason to be offended. It is strange but true. I offend people all the time.
I offended some Prius driving little twerp who wanted to put down my "gas guzzling monster" of a truck the other day. I told him that when they make a Prius for hauling a horse trailer or even one that comes in men's sizes I'll consider buying one. Still not sure why he found that so offensive. Maybe next time, he'll think before trying to insult a perfect stranger.

This Offensive thing is really getting under my skin today!!!! I guess I will put personal issue out here and let you guys run with it Or be offended by it!
First off, let me say I love God, my family and where I am from. With that being said..Sheridan Ar is a hard place for me to return....Censorship has played a major role in my life since day 1. I was told I could not go to school dances....against our religion...I could not attend the Methodist church with Stacy,Brooks, Cymber,Courtney and a lot people I am leaving out..Even though my Great Grandfather and grandfather were both Ministers there...Baptist is the only religion according to Dad...Who has not seen my daughter but once because I married a Catholic (non practicing)....I as a Mom can sometimes be conflicted with values that were values to some else not my own...What is right and what is wrong..I do not think the way I speak is always right, however if my daughter spoke like me I would probably kill over...Love to Elizabeth!!...I am not justifying myself but I really believe if I was let to do things normal kids do...Dances,prom ...etc...I would not have been so extreme..or maybe not..I am having trouble coming home to a place I feel I do not fit in..I need to see family...Love to Jamie...and Eliazbeth needs to know her family...Hard decisions...I will attend this reunion no matter what!..I do not try to offend anyone and if I meant to you would KNOW it!!! Apologies to anyone I have offended...Now time for dirty talk...
